Celebrating and Honoring
Professor Elsheikh's Contribution to Humanity

On March 2 2015, The University of Khartoum, Sudan’s Medical Specialization Board, Ahfad University for Women and the Academy of Medical Sciences and Technology held an event commemorating Professor Elsheikh’s numerous contributions to humanity through the field of medicine, Mycetoma scientific research, and medical education. This event marked the debut of the documentary titled, “The Journey of a Legend.” In addition to the screening was a photograph exhibition showcasing Professor Elsheikh’s career and extensive work-related travels, a series of panels, and a musical performance honoring his contributions.
